Our Process
Step 1: Let’s Chat
We know that wedding photography is not a one size fits all. That is why we love sharing our passion, images, and more on our site—-so you can really get a feel for who we are and how we can serve you. After getting to know one another through our initial conversation online or on the phone, and we determine we are a match, then we will move on to step two.
Step 2: Hold That Date!
Hurray! We are a match! Now let’s hold that date! We will send you a custom online booking proposal where you can view your details of your package and pay your deposit. This will ensure your date will be reserved, and that officially we share a meeting of the minds to move forward.
Step 3: The Engagement Session
After you book, if your collection included an engagement session, we’ll schedule your session. Our sessions are fun and relaxed. And you don’t have to worry about anything— like what to do in front of the camera. We will expertly guide you and your partner throughout the session so that your unique love story is visually told in an intimate and natural way. After your engagement session, we will send you your online gallery of images to download and share however you wish.
Step 4: Timeline Talk
8 weeks from the date of your wedding, we will start working on your wedding timeline. We will send our tried and true timeline form for you to fill out, followed by a brief meeting or zoom call to go over the timeline together. This ensures everything will run smoothly on the big day, and that we will have time for all the photos you want.
Step 5: The Big Day
The big day is now here! It is time for you to relax and celebrate while we capture your wedding day. We will take the traditional shots that every couple needs while also shooting all of those in between moments that emit love, joy, connection, and the celebration of the couple and all those in attendance. Having a duo photography team allows us to capture so much more of the day. Two days after the wedding we will send you a few sneak-peak images for you to share while you wait for the complete online gallery which is delivered no later than six weeks from the date of the wedding.
Step 6: Album Design & Prints
Though the big day is over, the excitement to relive the momentous occasion is near! We won’t make you wait longer than six weeks from your wedding date to receive your online gallery of images. The day we deliver your gallery, we encourage you and your spouse to sit down together, with a glass of wine or tapas, and enjoy reliving your wedding day via the slideshow option. All images are shareable and can be downloaded immediately. You also have the option to purchase archival quality prints on paper or canvas. Your gallery will be online and accessible for six months. If you ordered an album, we will start the process. Our design team will send you the initial storytelling vision where you can begin making changes if need be. The album will be designed and sent to you online for customization and approval before printing.
