  • Step 1: We know that event photography is not a one size fits all. That is why we encourage you to look at our work and review our pricing to get a feel for how we can serve you.

    Step 2: Hurray! We decided we are a match! Now let’s hold that date! We will send you a custom online booking proposal where you can view your details of your collection and pay your deposit. This will insure your date will be reserved, and that officially we share a meeting of the minds to move forward. Interested in taking advantage of our pre-event portrait session? Let us know so we can book the date.

    Step 3: 2 weeks from the date of the event, we will start working on the timeline. We will send our timeline form for you to fill out, followed by a brief meeting or zoom call to go over the timeline together. This insures everything will run smoothly on the big day, and that we will have time for all the photos you want.

    Step 4: The big day is now here! It is time for all to relax and celebrate while we capture the big day. We will take the traditional shots while also shooting all of those in between moments that emit love, joy, connection, and the celebration all those in attendance. Having a duo photography team allows us to capture so much more of the day. Two days after the event, we will send you a few sneak-peak images for you to share while you wait for the complete online gallery which is delivered no later than six weeks from the date of the event.

    Step 5: Though the big day is over, the excitement to relive the momentous occasion is near! We won’t make you wait longer than six weeks from your event date to receive your online gallery of images. We promise 350+ high resolution images. All images are shareable and can be downloaded immediately. You also have the option to purchase archival quality prints on paper or canvas. Your gallery will be online and accessible for 3 months. If you ordered an album, you can favorite up to 65 images to start the process. The album will be designed and sent to you online for customization and approval before printing.
