I met Carl twelve years ago while I was working as the director of a fine art gallery in the lively French Quarter of New Orleans. He was in town from San Antonio for business and, while wandering the streets, happened to catch sight of a captivating painting of a bass player. Intrigued, (partly because he plays bass) he stepped inside my gallery, and that’s where our story began.

Fast forward twelve years, and here we are, living in San Antonio and happily married for seven years. Our paths might have started in different cities, but we quickly discovered that we shared many interests, with our love of photography being the strongest connection.

We feel blessed that we are able to share our passion for capturing unique love stories. As we reflect on the stories of amazing couples, we are reminded of the magic that unfolds when two souls find one another!

Our photography style is all about documenting authentic connections in a natural way to tell your unique story. We may position a bride in good light, or suggest a groom to put his hand in a pocket, but the emotions and the unfolding celebration are all theirs. Family and Bridal portraits will lean towards a more traditional style, while the reception and ceremony will nod towards photojournalism—all with the main intent on capturing those beautiful emotions in an artful way.
